ECC Fitout Awarded Studio City Office Project in Al Hebiah, Dubai
ECC Fitout & Construction has been appointed as the main contractor for the new Studio City project, a landmark office and retail development located on plot no. 6757725 in Al Hebiah, Dubai. The project was awarded by Mr Neeraj Varyani of Vista Group and marks another significant addition to ECC Fitout’s portfolio of large-scale commercial developments.
Spanning a total built-up area of 268,212 ft² (24,918 m²), the 2B+G+6+R building comprises two basement levels primarily for car parking and MEP services, a ground floor with retail spaces, offices, prayer rooms, reception areas, and lift lobbies, six typical office floors with MEP service rooms and supporting facilities, and a roof floor dedicated to MEP services. The offices and retail areas will be delivered as a civil shell & core with MEP up to first fix.
The scope of work includes construction, completion, testing and commissioning of the building, obtaining all necessary authority approvals and building completion certificates, performing defect rectification as required, as well as external works such as internal roads, driveways, walkways, parking, landscaping, and bicycle stands.
The project commenced on 21st July 2025 and is scheduled for completion by 12th March 2027, with a total construction period of 600 calendar days, including site mobilisation.
