ECC Fitout & Construction Expands Capabilities with Dubai Municipality Qualification for High-Rise Developments
ECC Fitout & Construction has achieved a significant milestone with its qualification by Dubai Municipality to undertake the construction of high-rise (G+Unlimited) and mid-rise (G+12) developments. This marks a strategic evolution for the company—expanding from bespoke, design-led projects into larger and more complex developments across the UAE.
ECC Fit-Out is a division of ECC Group, specialising in bespoke residential and commercial projects. Since 2014, the company has delivered a tailored, end-to-end service, transforming client visions into high-quality built environments with a strong focus on detail, precision, and execution excellence.
To date, ECC Fit-Out has successfully delivered over 914,000 sq. ft. across 225 projects, spanning both residential and commercial sectors. Residential developments account for more than 443,000 sq. ft. across 165 projects, valued at over AED 340 million, while commercial and industrial projects comprise over 471,000 sq. ft. across 60 projects, valued at more than AED 60 million.
Among its notable achievements is the delivery of landmark residential projects such as Y3, which set a record transaction value of AED 6,316 per sq. ft., with the project being sold for approximately AED 107 million—underscoring ECC Fit-Out’s ability to deliver premium, high-value developments aligned with market demand.
Building on this strong foundation, the company’s newly acquired high-rise qualification reflects its readiness to take on projects of greater scale and technical complexity.
