ECC Fit-Out Awarded New Luxury Private Villa Development in Al Khawaneej, Dubai
ECC Fit-Out & Construction has been awarded a new luxury private residential project in Al Khawaneej 1, Dubai, where ECC Fit-Out will be responsible for the full design and construction of two bespoke villas within the private development. The project includes a residential villa and a recreational villa, further strengthening ECC Fit-Out’s portfolio of high-end residential projects across the UAE.
The development comprises a 23,707 sq. ft. residential villa and a 6,397 sq. ft. recreational villa, each designed to serve a distinct purpose while reflecting the client’s vision for contemporary luxury living.
The project has been designed by Planquadrat Middle East, with separate interior design specialists appointed for each villa. The residential villa interiors have been designed by JACKET Interiors, while the recreational villa interiors have been entrusted to MWM Studio, ensuring that each space is tailored to its unique function and character.
Complementing the built environment, the development will feature approximately 79,944 sq. ft. of landscaped outdoor spaces, designed by Secret Garden Landscaping & Pools, creating a seamless connection between the architecture and its surrounding environment.
